Hi John,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write all that out. A few things I have tried already (Network reset, Troubleshooters) with no improvement or problems detected. I tried the driver thing and that seems to have helped for now. I'm nervous about the problem persisting.

Here's the PC info:

System Manufacturer NZXT, Inc

System Model B560 DS3H AC-Y1

BaseBoard Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

BaseBoard Product B560 DS3H AC-Y1

Hello Kelsadilla,

Thank you for updating that information. Please try the driver method again then restart your computer using Clean Boot of Windows. Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Go to the search box > type msconfig
Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.
Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"
Click Disable all.
Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Hi again John,

I've tried this to no avail. Tried a few other things from online guides too. Still having the issue and not sure what's wrong at this point. Any other suggestions? Thank you again for your time and help.
